Voice notes

Record into a note. The recording is kept beside it and plays in the preview.

1. / → Record a voice note, then Start recording.
2. Stop, listen back, record again if you like.
3. Add to note. The file goes in assets/ and a Listen to the recording link is added to the end of the note.

• In Split and Source view and on published pages the link plays as an audio player.
• Up to 10 minutes a recording.
• Write a transcript as well is off by default: your browser does the transcribing, and Chrome sends the audio to Google to do it.
• Not offered in an encrypted note, whose recording would be stored unencrypted.
